No Shows & cancelations

In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a reserved appointment requires a 48 hour notice. If 48 hours notice is not given for a cancellation or to reschedule you will be marked as a no show and subject to being blocked from online booking. The reserved credit card will then be charged a cancellation fee of 50% based on the scheduled services.

Scheduling your appointment

We ask all our guests to schedule their appointments online using our booking system.

returns

Services are non-refundable. Products may only be refunded if it is unused and in its original packaging.

Tardiness

If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as you can. Stylists may need to reschedule appointments when a guest is running 15+ minutes behind.

CHILDREN in the salon

Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children under the age of 10 may accompany you while you are having a service. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Redos

If you are not happy with your service, we have a 5 day grace period where you are able to call and let us know. We will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with the service you received. Unfortunately, after this 5 day period we can not accept any requests for redos.

Pricing

We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time without prior notice.

Right to Refuse service

Brazen staff has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, please be respectful to our guests and employees while visiting the salon.
